The short version: the build is free, you pay monthly only if you love it, you can leave or buy the site anytime, and everything with your name on it is yours.
Every paying client signs a plain-English client agreement that says all of this in full. This page is the summary.
The free build. I build your site at no charge and show it to you finished. Nothing is owed unless you approve it. If you don't, you owe nothing and the site isn't delivered.
Plans and billing. Website $50 a month, Website + Local SEO $500 a month, Website + SEO + Ads $1,000 a month. Billing starts the day you approve the site, monthly in advance, to the card on file through Stripe. A month already started isn't refunded. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay on a plan.
Switching or cancelling. Move between plans anytime; a change takes effect on your next billing date. Drop the ads and keep SEO, or drop SEO and keep the site at $50. Cancel anytime with no fee: the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then the site comes down.
Owning the site outright. Anytime, for $750 one-time, you get the complete site files and help moving it to hosting of your choice. After that, hosting and edits from me are optional at $25 a month.
Who owns what. Always yours: your domain, in your name; your Google Business Profile, in your Google account; your ad accounts; everything you give me; and every lead the site collects. Mine until a buyout: the site's design and code, which you have the right to use while you're on a plan. I get manager access to your accounts to do the work, never ownership.
Ads. The $1,000 plan is my fee for running the campaigns. The ad budget is separate, paid by you directly to Google and Meta from your own ad account. I suggest at least $500 a month. The plan covers budgets up to $2,000 a month; larger budgets are quoted separately.
No guarantees. I use honest, accepted methods and never tricks. Google and Meta decide rankings and results, so I can't promise a position, a traffic number, or a number of leads.
Your side. You provide the content and approvals I need, you have the rights to what you give me, you use real reviews and true claims, and your business follows the rules that apply to it.
The rest. Florida law applies. My liability is capped at what you paid in the three months before a claim. I may show your site in my portfolio unless you'd rather I didn't.
