I do the work myself, start to finish: the website, the local SEO, the ads. No handoffs, no junior team. When you email, I'm the one who answers.
The free build isn't a trick. A finished site is a better pitch than a sales call, so I'd rather show you than tell you. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
Whatever we set up stays yours: your domain in your name, your Google Business Profile in your account, your ad accounts under your control. The only thing I keep if you leave is the design.

Why would you build it free?
Because it's the fastest way to prove I'm good at this. A finished website is a better pitch than any sales call, and if you love it, you'll stay. The risk is on me, where it belongs.
What if I don't like it?
Then you pay nothing and keep nothing. The site stays with me, no hard feelings. You've lost five minutes, not a deposit.
What's included in the $50/month?
Your website live on your own domain, hosting, security, and ongoing edits: change your hours, add a photo, update a menu. Just ask.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of the month you've paid for.
How long does the build take?
Most builds are ready to review within one week of our first conversation.
Does the $1,000 plan include the ad budget?
No. The $1,000 is my fee for building and running the campaigns. The ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta from your own ad account, so you always see exactly what was spent. I suggest at least $500 a month so the ads get enough data to work. Budgets over $2,000 a month are quoted separately.
What do I actually own?
Everything with your name on it: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, and all of your content, photos and logo. The site's design and code are mine while you're a client. If you leave, you keep all of the above and the site comes down.
What if you disappear?
Nothing you own depends on me. Your domain, Google profile and ad accounts are in your name, so you could point the domain at a new site the same day. Every paying client also gets a written agreement that spells all of this out.
Can I buy the site outright?
Yes, anytime, for $750 one-time. You get the complete site files and I help move it to hosting of your choice. Your domain and Google profile are already yours. If you'd like me to keep hosting it and making edits after that, it's $25 a month.
Can I switch or drop plans?
Yes. Move between plans whenever you like: drop the ads and keep SEO, or drop SEO and keep the site at $50. The only rule is that SEO and ads run on a site I built, so the $50 plan stays underneath them.
